Business Transformation Consultant performs key Subject Matter Expert Role during transformation projects for internal and external clients. Ensures the delivery of a high quality solutions meeting client’s expectations. Secures consistency of the recommendations with other streams and alignment of the outcomes to overall project targets. 

• Expertise in TMS Management System
• Experience with Oracle/ Blue Yonder .
• Implementation Experience.

Service Now Business Process Consultant delivers Industry Best Practice guidance working with the customer to achieve their business outcomes/solutions in ServiceNow ITBM (Information Technology Business Management). 

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise that leverages out of the box functionality that achieves desired outcomes without resorting to special coding or customization
• Identify, document and present insights, impacts and recommended solutions to meet business objectives
• Provide support in automating business process workflows, demand management processes and dashboards using ServiceNow
• Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Works closely with a PMO and will be involved in producing guidance for project management, demand management processes, goal creation and analytics

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills including meeting & facilitation skills, and collaboration and communication skills Qualifications
• Must have Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field of study
• Must have a passion for ServiceNow proactively learning new tips and best practices
• Must have 6-9 years work experience
• Must be a US Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Minimum 2 years consulting experience in ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) or SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
